Marvin is a certified life coach who guides professionals, entrepreneurs and small business owners to enjoy professional success and a fulfilling personal life. He is a dedicated student of understanding human behavior and psychology and has studied with some of the top psychologists in the world. Self-educated and an avid reader, Marvin has traveled internationally as a sales trainer and motivational speaker and has taught motivational seminars all over the world!
He works with men and women in relationship, career and life transition who are ready to discover what they really want. Through personal and corporate coaching programs, he empowers others to achieve success that’s balanced and helps employers create a more supportive work environment for these valued employees. He is the President, and founder, of Tiger Quest, an international Sales Training company.
Tiger Quest was created in 2001 from Marvin’s strong desire to see salespeople stop struggling and start succeeding. As a former sales manager and officer at the executive level for companies such as MCI, Lanier, Lightyear, Epicus and Qwest, Marvin’s 28 years of successful experience in sales and management led to the formation of this company.
The Tiger System was developed to show salespeople how to systemize their approach to sales and to provide them with the necessary tools to be able to produce incredible results in their career. After repeatedly hearing the question, “How did you do it?” when he experienced phenomenal success in sales and broke company and industry records, Marvin began to formulate a method which others could emulate and implement to create incredible results for themselves as well. His intense desire to put the steps he took to succeed into a formalized process for others to easily use and put into practice is where the Tiger System began.
Marvin lives, eats, and breathes Personal Coaching and is dedicated to providing the latest methods to interested readers via his website, blog, and other social media platforms. A popular speaker and recognized by who’s who of America as one of top business professionals, he is also the author of 3 self-help books titled “Winning Every Time: Secrets to Sales Success”, “Tiger Quest”, and “Unleash the Tiger”. He also came up with the revolutionary eBook “The Two Minute Love Potion: How to Get Anyone to Fall in Love With You in 2 Minutes or Less”!
Marvin is a man on a mission to put ethics and integrity back into the world, and teach people how to understand the psychological aspect of personal relationships and the buyers’ purchasing decisions. If you ask him how he is doing, his usual response is “Outstanding!”
